The research employs a descriptive-analytical method based on a review of library and documentary literature. The findings indicate that modern educational approaches play a significant role in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning. Among the most prominent functions of these methods are fostering intrinsic motivation, creating a sustained interest in learning through project-based approaches, and strengthening social skills and teamwork within collaborative activities. Furthermore, the purposeful integration of digital technologies into classrooms not only makes educational content more engaging but also develops children’s technological literacy from an early age. Implementing models such as flipped learning and gamification, by reducing learning anxiety and optimizing classroom time for deep interactions, provides the necessary foundation for cultivating critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and personalized education tailored to the individual needs of learners. Overall, the results suggest that the adoption of modern teaching methods not only improves students’ academic performance but also plays a key role in shaping their emotional and social competencies and preparing them to face the challenges of the modern world. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین و تحلیل تأثیر روش های نوین تدریس بر ابعاد یادگیری و رشد همه جانبه دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مرور مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است. یافته ها نشان می دهند که رویکردهای نوین آموزشی نقش بسزایی در ارتقای کیفیت یاددهی-یادگیری ایفا می کنند؛ از جمله بارزترین کارکردهای این روش ها می توان به افزایش انگیزه درونی، ایجاد علاقه پایدار به یادگیری از طریق رویکردهای پروژه محور، و تقویت مهارت های اجتماعی و کار تیمی در بستر فعالیت های گروهی اشاره کرد. همچنین، تلفیق هدفمند فناوری های دیجیتال در کلاس های درس، ضمن جذاب سازی محتوای آموزشی، سواد فناورانه کودکان را از سنین پایه توسعه می دهد. به کارگیری الگوهایی نظیر تدریس معکوس و بازی سازی نیز با کاهش اضطراب یادگیری و بهینه سازی زمان کلاس برای تعاملات عمیق، بستر لازم را برای پرورش تفکر انتقادی، مهارت های حل مسئله و شخصی سازی آموزش متناسب با نیازهای فردی فراگیران فراهم می سازد. در مجموع، نتایج حاکی از آن است که استقرار روش های نوین تدریس نه تنها عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان را بهبود می بخشد، بلکه نقشی کلیدی در شکل گیری شایستگی های عاطفی، اجتماعی و آماده سازی آنان برای مواجهه با چالش های دنیای مدرن ایفا می کند. https://www.jnie.ir/downloadfilepdf/1315810
