The basis of this change is rooted in research that has great importance and credibility on the effect of educational leadership on student learning, school quality, and school improvement. In other words, in recent years, the leadership role of school principals has been emphasized unprecedentedly, and while in the past school principals mainly acted as managers, the recent reforms in schools have made them leaders of learning and change. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the educational management of managers and the self-efficacy of teachers. The present research is practical in terms of its purpose. Also, in terms of the method, according to the main goal of the research, which is to determine the relationship between the educational management of managers and the self-efficacy of teachers, in terms of the relationship between the variables, this research is descriptive of the correlation type. The results of the present research show the positive beliefs of teachers regarding the activities It was collective and class compared to individual activities. Management is considered as personal theories about the nature of knowledge and how to acquire it. A person's beliefs about the nature of knowledge can affect a person's beliefs about the process of knowing. در دهه‌های اخیر، رهبری آموزشی به‌تدریج در مجموعه نقش‌های مدیریتی در سراسر جهان موردپذیرش و توجه ویژه قرار گرفت مبنای این تغییر ریشه در تحقیقاتی دارد که به تأثیر رهبری آموزشی در یادگیری دانش‌آموزان، کیفیت مدرسه و بهبود مدرسه اهمیت و اعتبار زیادی داده‌اند؛ به‌عبارت‌دیگر در سال‌های اخیر به‌طور بی‌سابقه‌ای بر نقش رهبری مدیران مدرسه تأکید شده است و درحالی‌که درگذشته مدیران مدارس عمدتاً به عنوان مدیر عمل می‌کردند اصلاحات اخیر در مدارس آن‌ها را به رهبران یادگیری و تغییر مبدل کرده است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت آموزشی مدیران با خودکارآمدی معلمان می باشد. این پژوهش مروری با بهره‌گیری از منابع حاضر و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای صورت گرفته و به دنبال بررسی مدیریت آموزشی مدیران با خودکارآمدی معلمان می باشد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده باورهای مثبت معلمان، نسبت به فعالیت‌های جمعی و کلاسی در مقایسه با فعالیت‌های انفرادی بود. مدیریت به عنوان نظریه‌های شخصی درباره ماهیت دانش و چگونگی اکتساب آن در نظر گرفته‌شده است. باورهای شخص درباره ماهیت دانش می‌تواند باورهای فرد را در خصوص فرایند دانستن تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. /downloadfilepdf/858634
