In total, using search engines and internet sites Google Scholar, Civilica, Mag Iran, Normagz, Scientific Information Database of Jihad Academic (SID), Irandak between 1389 and 1402 and using the main keywords of this research including; Lao Tzu, Confucius, education and educational implications were investigated. The study population of this research included 36 articles, books and research reports in a review study, which was selected and analyzed with the purposeful sampling method of 15 cases. The findings presented in the results section were obtained from the total information obtained after removing duplicate cases and merging some cases. The study of these sources showed that the educational opinions of these two prominent Chinese philosophers and thinkers had a fundamental impact on the thinking and attitude of the people of the world, especially the people of the Far East, and they have the ability to adapt to the current goals and principles of education. Considering the necessity of using contemporary and ancient educational ideas and issues and using them in operational and executive programs of schools, it is necessary to take advantage of the valuable experiences of education and training at the world level and in order to localize goals and programs according to Upstream documents, necessary actions should be taken. چکیده این مقاله با هدف واکاوی آرای لائوتسه و کنفوسیوس و دلالت های آن در حوزه آموزش و پرورش صورت گرفته است. در مجموع با بهره گیری از موتورهای جستجو و سایت های اینترنتی گوگل اسکولار، سیویلیکا، مگ ایران، نورمگز، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی(SID)، ایرانداک در فاصله زمانی 1389تا 1402 و با استفاده از کلید واژه های اصلی این تحقیق شامل؛ لائوتسه، کنفوسیوس، آموزش و پرورش و دلالت های تربیتی بررسی های لازم صورت گرفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش تعداد36 مقاله، کتاب و گزارش پژوهشی وارد مطالعه مروری شدند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 15 مورد، گزینش نهایی شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. از مجموع اطلاعات بدست آمده بعد از حذف موارد تکراری و ادغام برخی موارد، یافته های ارائه شده در بخش نتایج حاصل گردید. مطالعه این منابع نشان داد که آرای تربیتی این دو فیلسوف و اندیشمند برجسته چینی، تاثیر بنیادین بر تفکر و نگرش مردم جهان و به ویژه مردمان شرق دور داشته است و قابلیت تطبیق با اهداف و اصول تربیتی کنونی را دارند. با توجه به ضرورت استفاده از اندیشه ها و مسائل تربیتی معاصر و کهن و استفاده از آن در برنامه های عملیاتی و اجرایی مدارس، باید از تجارب ارزنده تعلیم و تربیت در سطح جهان بهره گرفت و در جهت بومی سازی اهداف و برنامه ها با توجه به اسناد بالادستی اقدامات لازم صورت گیرد. /downloadfilepdf/901524
